Ingredients for marinate:
pomfret fish
2 tbsp sweet soya sauce
5 red chili
3 garlics
2 shallots
1 tbsp oil
lime juice
salt
* Wash and clean the fish. Make incision on it. Combine red chili, garlic,shallot and salt in food proccesor. Add sweet soya sauce, lime juice and oil. Stir well. Apply this sauce to all over the fish and let stand about an hour in refrigerator.
* Heat the grill pan, apply oil and place the fish on top. Grill both sides of the fish until cooked. Serve with lime on it and sambal colo colo as compliment.
