INGREDIENTS:
10 red birds eye chillies
6 small red chillies
3 shallots
2 garlics
1 tomato
1 tsp dried shrimp paste
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 lime leaves
3 tbsp oil for frying
salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- fry chillies, shallots, garlics, tomato and shrimp paste until light brown
- remove then grind all ingredients in mortar and pestle
- put brown sugar and grind again
- fry again all ingredients with 3 tbsp of oil. put the lime leaves
- fry for several minute.
